OptiWork makes software for restaurant teams — currently ShiftHeat for scheduling and workforce management, and ReviewzHealth for review management.

We're a small team building tools for hourly workforces, where a schedule mistake or a missed clock-in isn't an abstraction — it's a server short on a Friday night. Each product in the OptiWork suite is built and priced on its own, but built by the same team for the same kind of business: restaurants that run on their feet.
